It is M.S.410, just a bit of work in Photoshop. to make it look like IK-3...
Ikarus 3 is still not finished for IL-2...

As GeneralPsycho sad, that is amblem of RYAF (royal yugoslav air force), and scene shows battle over Belgrade during April war in yugoslavia
