Newbie post... I have HSFX4.1 and trying to add some skins - fliesplanes - 02.03.2010
be patient with me, this is my first post!!
After several uninstalls and re-installs to get this right, I finally got HSFX4.1 to work very good, and it is GREAT!!!! However, I was trying to put some skins on the Fw109D-11 and -13 as well as the F4u-1 and F-84 but I can't seem to find the proper folders. Does anyone know where I might find them? They aren't with the rest of the skin folders.

First of welcome to the community!
You have to manually create the files in the paintschemes/skins folder!
The names are:
Fw-190D-11
Fw-190D-13
F4U-1
F84G1_ThunderJet
F84G2_ThunderJet

Have you installed the hotfix patch to 4.11 yet? I believe it fixes the missing skin folder issue. It's at the 242 Squadron site.

You find the names for the skin folders in "IL-2 Sturmovik 1946/Files/com/maddox/il2/objects/air.ini"!
