this has been brought up before. it was a hack done to the absolute guts of the game...that cannot be released.

technically....it doesn't exist.

Not fake, it's a work of the mastermind Kegetys.

I asked a friend of mine who had been in contact with Kegetys before and to ask about it.
This was the reply he got:

I don't have it any more because back then it was just a quickly made testmod with several bugs and it wasn't very practical at the time.
It should not be very difficult to make something similar if you have some knowledge of Java
