I think there are some errors at least in the nvidia cards setup

Here is what is said in the guide:

HIGHEST POSSIBLE SETTINGS NVIDIA

TexQual=3
TexMipFilter=2*********************************************************SHOULD BE 3 IF USING NEW DLL

I did not say highest possible settings that run perfectly. I said highest possible settings.
