Can't connect to servers - Hellkitty - 07.03.2010

Hello.
I installed Il-2 on Windows 7, disabled Firewall and when I try to connect to a server I get the following messege: "Connection attempt to remote host failed. Reason: Timeout"


And other people can't connect to my server either.
