Unclean exhaust mod request. - Revi 01 - 08.03.2010
Ok I am going to ask for a request.
When the throttle is opened up quickly, too quickly for the engine to burn all the fuel cleanly, I'd imagine there would be
a small plume of smoke emitted from the exhaust stacks. Or some flames.
Now if this was visible during the game, it would add to the excitement Im sure, especially in a dogfight.
As I know not the slightest of how to manipulate data in game, I can only suggest this as a Mod for someone else.

Smoke was often visible when the throttle was fully opened, or when the pilot mishandled the fuel mixture. That's possibly one of the reasons why kill and damaged claims, especially by bomber gunners, were hugely inflated. It's easy to mistake "natural" smoke for smoke from battle damage.
