how do i set the enviroment to perfect mode? it is blanked out when i try to click it on video settings any know?

Basically, three requirements for Perfect Landscape:

1. Run the game in OpenGL
2. Use a 32 bit colour depth
3. Use Stencil Buffer

If all the above are satisfied, then you should be able to select Perfect Landscape mode.
