Reason: timeout - lectrofox - 14.03.2010

Help,

i have xfire but everytime i want to join a server there's an error with reason: timeout!
i heard its something to do with my router or network, but i used to be flying and nothing changed( i think)
i have a clean install patched it to 4.08 then i patched it to 4.09!!
