But the teaching in the class where i'm pursuing diploma is not good to be honest its very bad, so i'm dying to enter animation field so please give me some guidelines what to do after my graduation?

are you going to the art institute? if you are, and you are not too far along. drop out. serious. I am a graduate of AI and am a working animator, but Id be damned if I can say I learned anything significant. I had to take to the books and learn myself. but I say drop out now, because youll come out with a serious amount owed for a poor education( unless you can afford to owe 50k +) . I owe way more than I wish I did for the quality of education I was given, but I wasnt smart enough then to take action and leave. my advice. you want to learn animation? buy a 50$ dvd on how to learn maya ( a 3d program ) same for adobe flash( for more 2d stuff ) then once you got a handle on the programs, go to animationmentor.com quality education for a price I'd give anything to have gotten that deal! but most important. work hard. its tough finding work, but its your work that will get you work, not a diploma.
