Can someone tell me in what dependancy the medals and ranks are to kills,flights or score?
Means at what score or kill we get promoted.
Means at what score or kill we get medals.

the manual readme goes over the pacific fighters campain points system. I dont know how that effects earlier or later created campains. if my memory serves me correctly I think carriers are worth 1000 points, planes are worth 100 points and the campain moves to the next map after a certian amount of points. I think that amount can be changed. All these things are set through the .config file. M4T has a very good .config section. you would be looking for the [dgen] part at the end of the forum.
as far as the rank and medals. I think medals work off of you kills. And rank uses how many misions you complete. DGEN is a bit different then the new DCG. DCG takes alot longer to get medals and to rank up. unlike the dgen where after your tenth flight your a captain with every medal twice.

I also have some questions of my own about the points and ranking system, each time I come up with some missions, I usually should get a specific numbers of points from my kills and objectives accomplished during the missions right ??
The thing I don't understand si why the points get a lot higher when I don't make it back to my Aircraft Carrier than when I make it back home ?? It's seriously a pain to get points in this kind of system when building up offline campaigns on Aircraft Carriers, and I really have no idea of what's the reason it's doing this ??
The Carrier I use right now is an HMS Formidable from the Ships Pack section when choosing my home base ( in this case, HMS Formidable Aircraft-Carrier ) so how can I correct this problem ?? :?

first of all, what Davis said is partly correct foir dynamic Dgen campaigns.
first thing: until now, there is no way or mod to influence the given points system!
You have to make a difference between a "static" and a "dynamic" campaign.
in dynamic (Dgen) I have the impression Davis is correct, each plane is 100 pts, there are also a certain amount for cars, tanks, ships, carriers destroyed as well as for primary, secondary or hidden targets acomplished.
you will get a deduction in case of mission failed. The proceeding to the next campaign section is completely independent from points! this is scripted by date in a the files by the campaign creator. The awardes and promotions depend on points. there is a difference between the red and the blue awarding system.
For static campaigns his is basically the same but with different point amounts. a single engine fighter may perhaps give 100, a two engine bomber 150, a fortress even more points at once.
in the campaign.ini file you can choose in the first section, which award system you want, red or blue.
this is all I know and all I care for to know...
Deathsight, I am sure you do not even have a problem. Your experience might have to do with acomplishing/not acomplishing all the tasks or waypoints given in the mission.
It does not have anything to do with Mods or the carrier you use.
