Full flaps, elevator trim up (don't know how much, you have to experiment), start from back of carrier, you can also use the catapult if you have the catapult mod. I don't think the Panther is suitable for smaller carriers so use the large ones.
Good luck.

Ya, I alway use FULL UP elevator in the panther on T/O, put chocks in go to full power at back of carrier with 25% fuel OR less, then having only guns or rockets, release chocks, put flaps to full then liftoff! to land come in faster than you normally would, guns-empty helps, 190 kmh ,nose up, airbrake down,gear/tailhook down and snag that 1st wire if you want to land it on a CVE.
If you fly multiplayer I can show carrier ops tips in WB_Flight_Ops on the weekends... In hyperlobby.

Turn around, drive to the other end of the carrier, turn around again and voil

You have just been cited by the IGP ( International Grammar Police ). You must immediately perform one Circumflex, two Umlauts, ten Semi-colons and forty Hyphens. Get to it!!

I don't think I've ever got a panther off a deck without it. The CVE has a catapult, but still watch your fuel & weapons (weight) loads.
