Nice! I love the look of these early BF-109's. Do you have information as to which conflicts and operations they participated in? I would suppose Fall Weiss and maybe Fall Gelb?

None of them participated in the Polish campaign, as JG26 was tasked with defending German airspace from the outbreak of war until Fall Gelb was launched in May, 1940. The whole Geschwader was stationed in western Germany during this time. One of the skins, "yellow 12", actually dates from just before the war started, and displays markings for a training scenario (hence the white tail section). Also, Neumann's plane might actually date from November, 1939, but two sources I have say this scheme is from September. I try my best, but in the end, well... :-?
