I wonder why they keep hanging airplanes from the ceiling? It does not make any sence Sad

Do you know how hard it is to get into a cockpit of an airplane hanging from the ceiling!? Confusedhock:

Because if you put them all on the floor the building would need to be twice its present size . Plus you get to see some of the aircraft with their gear retracted. Im a bit touchy on this subject as i directed the suspension of a few of the aircraft in the photos as well as doing quite a few of the restorations of these birds. The OS2U in the photos was one of my restorations. The R-2800,s in the Black Widow, The F-8 Crusader, The F-4, not to mention the assembly of a few as well as numerous objects in the Space Hangar.
