If you have more than 2GB of Ram and use 32 bits vista then I know a solution with command prompt, need to say that its working ok for me but there is a slight possibility that your pc gets unstable , so i'm sorry to say this m8, but you got to do it on your own risk.

1) Start CMD as administrator

2) Type in " bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVA 2700 " [without the quotes " ]

3) Press Enter and Restart PC
-----------------------------------------------------

TO UNDO THE CHANGES

For Vista 32 Open command prompt [cmd] as administrator and type:" bcdedit /deletevalue increaseuserva. " That deletes the entry.
Reboot and you are back to normal.

if your pc doesn,t boot up you wil have to do the " TO UNDO THE CHANGES " in SAFE MOD

I had the same trouble too. I think it might have been my GeForce GTX260 card. Ever since I upgraded the driver to 197.45 version I have not seen it since.
