Never thought building up a campaign would take that much time, even though it's work in progress, it'll take more time, at least hoping several of you guys will enjoy playing with Torpedo-Bombers to attack either Heavy Cruisers or even Battleships. Still only 21 missions already completed but it's just half of the thing I had in mind for this one.

Let's see, right now I went through those

Landing on an Aircraft-Carrier in the middle of a snow storm over the Atlantic ( crazy I know, but it can be done if careful enough, good challenge though )
Defense of Norway 1940
Evacuation of Dunkerke 1940
Hunting down the Bismarck
Massacre of Mers-El-K

There are a couple of campaign builders around here, just be patient hopefully they will chime in.

Hello Deathsight,

This sounds like the kind of campaign I would love to play! What aircraft will the player mainly fly? Swordfish? I made a short campaign for the FW-190 torpedo plane on the Norway map. If you want to use any of those missions as templates (populated airbases, etc), please let me know.

Yeah, it really is the Swordfish, normally loaded with torpedos, and often picking on big ships, I really tried seriously to build it and if you want, I can possibly ship you out the work I already got done so far, the other planes I had in mind were the Martlet ( replaced by the F4F-4 Wildcat ), the Sea Gladiator and the Seafire. I already have more to build on this since my plan was heading up to 40 missions if not even more of them at the very least, it's being played as a Canadian Volunteer Squadron assigned to the Fleet Air Arms on British Aircraft-Carriers ( HMS Illustrious ), so far I used the following maps

North-Atlantic on winter
Norway
Normandy
North-Atlantic on summer
Dakar
Crete
Italy/Greece/Africa

Usually, the maps are to be seriously various, but I got more maps to use in mind since being assigned to a Navy Force means often travelling around different theaters of operations, so I got a really good kick out of it so far, some missions might not be too well built, you'll have to watch out on the Normandy map because of some snags it still has but I only used this map for one mission, I replaced it after finding out about this problem but the design involving the Normandy was already too far built to just switch the map, so it's still in there.

I really hope you're not afraid of a serious flak being shipped out by the big ships when attacking them, usually, the kind of missions just happens to a get-in, launch torpedo, get out and head home basis. The Swordfish is kindda slow when it comes to fly over the maps so it often gets to little long flights otherwise the big ships from the task force involving your carrier would start to open fire at the target before even taking off, of course the target would fight back if the ships were too close, so it's the reason why I had to make it reasonably long flights. Of course, most missions can be difficult to not being shot down but I think it's still worth it.

If you want me to ship you out the work I now have ready so you can try it, then I won't mind too much, all I need is a good e-mail adress where I should send that kind of file.
