Trying to set up a MDS server.. I need FBDj 1.6 - Bearcat - 05.05.2010

I am trying to set up a MDS server for my squad. I have the server installed on the server machine to 4.09m. What else do I need to do to get this running on HSFX. I am not using UP.. but I would like the server to be compatible with folks who are using it..
