How to make a double briefing - DBG_Kabayo - 23.05.2010

~S~ All
A few weeks ago I saw a thread from some one asking how he can do a double briefing
in a mission. I tried to search it and found nothing on this thread.
I want to make seprated briefings for each side.
where first you see the server rules, TS IP and/or server IP.
then after you select your base you get the mission briefing. Like you see in the War Clouds server.
1st) the server rules and so forth.
2) make a seprate briefing for Americans.
3) make a seprate briefing for the axis side.

Thanks in advance.

This will show to all players.
This will only show to the red side.
This will only show to the blue side.

... as far as I can remember. It's in the manual somewhere.

should be :-

Code:
This will show to all players.
This will only show to the red side.
This will only show to the blue side.

wrong again :!:  :!:

Well thats weird , posting in forum edits out the "RED" / "BLUE". (even tried disabling HTML in post)

In caps use "ARMY RED" & "ARMY BLUE" (which I'm sure is what dunk wastrying to say)

Aye, that's weird indeed. I even edited it because I thought I'd missed out the RED & BLUE.

Thank You for the quick replies. However I have one more
question to ask. Where do I put this code. In the Briefing
section or some where else.
Thanks

Raid Over Dieppe

Time.............................. 1320
Weather..........................Hazy
Ceiling............................1500m

Raid by the RAF on 23 May to the port facilities in the Dieppe area.

Choose the side you wish to fly for and return to your Ready Room for mission briefing

Man your planes the crews have them loaded and warmed up, follow flight path to target and destroy facilities.

Today we will be flying our routine patrols over the Dieppe sector, make your altitude 2000m and follow vectors to enemy formations
when they are sighted.

That's how I do my briefings, so once you pick your plane you only see that colors briefing.

In FMB go to "Edit"/ description/Full description.

Or edit/create "mission_name.properties" in notepad.

Quote:Short Stalingrad\n\nHe111's attack an industrial area at night.\n
Description \nStalingrad at night.\n\nHe111's bomb an Industrial area at night.\n

Short -give short description of mission on hosts loading screen.
Description -what appears on briefing screen -
\n makes a new line

Again the "army" codes dont show on forum so using () instead of they are a s follows:-

(ARMY NONE) .....(/ARMY)
(ARMY RED) .......(/ARMY)
(ARMY BLUE) ......(/ARMY)
