A thought. How about we put stuff like the 1980s USS Nimitz aircraft fleet and carrier in IL-2... Anyone know the movie The Final Countdown AND have F-14As shooting down A6M2s and A-6Es in the game (ULTIMATE bombing)

I think Cnopi hit the nail on the head. Anything can be incorporated into the game, but it all requires someone who is willing to model/make it!

Seen the movie as a kid, loved it then, love it now. One of the best flight deck (if not the best) shots ever made in a movie.
But before there is a Nimitz class size carrier in IL2, wouldnt it be nice to have a YORKTOWN class? Does anyone know
anything about that? I remember seeing it in WIP long ago.
