what are the differences between the following?: SD,SC,PC, and AB

SD = Fragmentation Bomb (Semi-Armor Piercing)
SC = General Purpose
PC = Armor Piercing
AB = Cluster Bomb

If you download HardBall's Aircraft Viewer 4.09 you will find it has a bomb table containing info on all the munitions in IL2

This site has absolutely every Luftwaffe type bomb on it and relevant info including how much of the warhead and what substance/ compunds were used and the fuse type, length of the bomb etc.
