B29 over Japan video - redko - 04.07.2010

Hi guys.

Here you will find my last video. The action take place over Japan while B29 Superfortress are looking for the path to Nagasaki. There is aslo P51 escorting and japanese home defenses.

This the firts part a little movie, the next one will describe the use of A Bomb...

I mixed with some real footages, all in black in white. Enjoy

How long? Not so long.

In real life time 2 month....but in real work time, i mean the real time spent on doing this, if i take for exemple 6H/day work i would say one week. The longest part of the job is spend on shooting the scenes

This represent 3/4 of time. It's a mix between pre concieved action scenes with a storyboard and randomly made games. I took the habit to keep fraps working when i'm playing, so when something interresting is coming i just save it.

The last 1/4 time is spent in post production. Video editing and sound editing. In this one and Palau trailer I imported extra sounds to incorporate it the movie

For exemple here flak sounds are edited and added to Tiger's sound mod.

You should try to make movies, it's really an interresting job, many fun...and a new way to use IL2 more than a simple player.
