Face's to ground crew etc mod ? - Aussie Pilot - 09.07.2010

Guy's a while back i saw a mod around that put a face on all the ground troops what ever their job.

I can't seem to find it and now we have the carrier crew mod it's getting more personal with the crew BUT when you look at the carrier crew they all seem off their face's... Big Grin... well because they don't have one. I have been all over this forum and SAS but can't see it anywhere.

Any idea's please?
