Kalimera! You are looking for Gitane's Reduced Airfield Influence Radius mod. The d/l link in the relevant thread is dead however...

Thank you cgagan, on page 6 was a good link to Gitane's mod so thats why
The thread is still there, am going to post a redirect from the tool download
I just posted today of Gitane's mod to that thread as it has much good info in
It about the mod and how to use.
