Buggy Buggy Exporter Help - Guest - 24.07.2010

Hello I need to export some 3D models into IL-2 readable meshes, I have the Exporter tool and I click on Max Script and select it and then click on the Buggy Buggy IL2 Exporter V2.52a .txt box but then what do I do? I assumed to go and click export selected but I can only save it as .P3D files.

Also what is createSubGroupGameMesh.mse , do I need to do anything with this?

Step by Step guide on how to export my 3D model would be great.

I am using Gmax.

Maybe you should take a look at the readme.txt file. Files with that name are usually not just for amusement of the author
From the readme.txt:
"- start 3dsmax(Gmax) and go to utility panel
- press maxscript and select the Buggy Buggy IL2 Exporter"

Same as above.
How about doing what readme.txt tells?
From the readme.txt:
"- press Export button and click on the model you want to export!
- then copy the text from listener to a text file"
This calls for having the listener up and running.
Don't know what the listener is? Just press F11.

Save? No, you don't save anything here, you'll just find the contents of your .msh file in the listener. Go copy it from there and paste it wherever you like.

Yes, it's in the... ah forget it.
From the readme.txt:
"- extract all files into your 3dsmax\scripts folder"

No reason to apologize, we can put up with that
