[Qeustion] Wingtip smoke colors - Sean2323 - 05.08.2010

I'm gunna start off saying, i'm irritated.... i've look all over the internet, DIRECTLY asked 13 people but no one will tell me... how do i change wingtip smoke color? is this somesort of government secret or 911 coverup? (Lol bit too far fetched) but anyway how can i do this, the only thing i found was about LOMAC..... thanks in advance


Please dont talk about pat smoke mod, i dont like it because it looks bad with the plutonium effects mod and i'm not turning that off.

Try the PAT-Smoke mod.

Wingtip smoke=aerobatic smoke?

If you can´t use PAT smoke you can setup it manually. Open with notepad the files \IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\Files\3do\Effects\Aircraft\AirShowGreenTSPD.eff and AirShowRedTSPD.eff and play with the values of Color0 and Color1 as you can see in the Nº12

there are no airshowred or airshowgreen files...

create them and paste this in each one with different colors:

Yeah, but when I asked that long time ago 9 people said PAT-Smoke mod and 3 said that noone has done it yet. Times have changed.
