MiG-17AS - Guest - 08.08.2010

Hey all does anybody know if someone is working on the MiG-17AS:

Multirole conversion, fitted to carry unguided rockets and the K-13 air to air missile.

Gotta give those Migs a fair go aswell.

Here is the only picture I could find.

The MiG-17 is getting a facelift too. Expect to see it when the good folks doing it get it all done.

No release date has been mentioned so go with the ole standby, "When it's done."

Re: MiG-17AS - Guest - 09.08.2010

What do you mean by Facelift?

Re: MiG-17AS - RadPig94 - 09.08.2010

do you think that we'll keep modding 'till we actually make a whole world? driving, tanking, piloting, boating.... hehe, sorry caught up in a sandbox world thought.
that mig will make anyone's day

Re: MiG-17AS - Guest - 09.08.2010

Well if nobody is working on it then perhaps Storebor can adapt his F-86J mod to the MiG-17. Smile

Re: MiG-17AS - US_GRANT - 09.08.2010

What I mean by facelift is that the MiG-17 is being worked on to give it missiles too. Over at SAS, there is a mod that gives the MiG external tanks and another that reshapes it some to give it the more traditional MiG-17 appearance.

and the 42 degree swept outer wings!

Re: MiG-17AS - Russ_Ace - 09.08.2010
