Guy's where can i get the speech mod that translates the German and Russian language into English but with a German and Russian accent?

I can't find it anywhere.

YES there is.
It was on the Casual Simmers Site. If you would like, I can upload it for download.
Takes German, Russian and converts the speech to English with appropriate accents.

I looked for this and even did a search at M4T but i couldn't find it. I'm new there and still working out their download section, it doesn't seem to be laid out to well to me, a bit confusing to where things are... but then that could be just me ... hock:
