If I ask something of asked yet or in the wrong place, I'm sorry, but someone can extract the Fulmar from UP 2.0?

The Fulmar is hard-coded into HSFX, which UP uses. I haven't seen a standalone version anywhere; there were a good few modders who became alienated by AAA and stopped submitting stuff there, preferring to give it directly to the mod-pack makers. Don't know if this is what happened to the Fulmar though. It is due to be AI-only in the Team Daidalos 4.10 patch, but that will only solve half of your problem I guess.

Fulmar in 4.10 will probably be an improved version, so I would expect someone to put the existing pit in it fairly soon after 4.10 comes out.
