Need Help Starting A Mod - LaughingMan101X - 09.11.2010

I want to make the pilot able to enter and exit the plane and when he exits I want to be able to control him there is a video of this on youtube I want to replicate this for the Il2 community and I need some help starting this mod there are already animations of the pilot moving around so thats a start... I just need to know where to go from there
