How to install 3rdeye_SmokeFire_Effects? - zebri - 29.11.2010

The question is asked in the title ;-)
i have version 4.08 and how do i istall it. i already posted
a topic like this, but i heard that i can install it on this version too.
if yes, could anyone give me a step by step instruction?

Hi zebri, like I had told you in the other post 4.08 is not used
Anymore and the install step by step instruction that was once
Here at this site are now not here anymore as no one uses it.
