Quatro drivers for non-Quatro nvidia cards - peybolman - 04.12.2010

You could try a Quatro driver . 265.90-Quadro-win7-winvista-64bit-international.

As by default these quatro drivers wont work with nvidia series 8, 9, gtx 2xx, gtx 4xx vgas, but you can use a modified nv_disp.inf which lets you use these drivers which are much bug free than forceware ones. Just give them a try.

nv_disp.inf modified so that all nvidia cards can use 265.90-Quadro-win7-winvista-64bit driver

Instructions:
Download the driver
Decompress it to a folder
Just replace the inf in the Display.Driver folder
Now execute the setup.exe

In my case, I have a gtx 280 and now with this driver I get smooth fps. Just give it a try
