are there any good joysticks, ranging $99-$150, that work on a windows 7 64 bit? ps3 controller wont work but game looks great even though it has an integrated graphics card which i plan to buy a good card, anyone know a good cheap GPU card also?

You can find 'lightly used' Thrustmaster Cougar or CH-Pro setup for around $150.00 on-line.

I agree with planemad, you don't need to spend over 100 bucks for a stick. Extreme 3d Pro is around 40€/50 dollars
