A20 torpedo/bombs in hsfx - psycho turkey - 27.12.2010

In hsfx version of the game, torpedos and bombs do not work for any of the A20 aircraft. I also have 4.09 installation and have no problems with this version.

Has anyone else experienced this? I found no answers when I searched the forum.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You may have already tried this but with mods you have to open the bomb bay before dropping anything in there. You'll have to map a key for it.

That's all i can think of right now, at least without more details.

Thanks for the reply, and yes I tried the doors. I had several other problems with my HSFX install; lost my rear gunners, etc. etc. Backed up some files and got rid of everything. Done clean install from disc. Now experimenting with UP 2.01.

Thanks again!

Could the viewset=36 still work in case you lose control of your gunners?

first of all do you have the gunners on auto-pilot? you'll have to bind some some keys to turn off auto gunner

Thanks RadPig, I still had a 4.09 modded version of game installed and used the same settings. I think it is a problem with the viewset settings.

Thanks Cnopicilin, I have tried several different viewset settings and I think that is the problem.

I had same problem Dec 1, 2008 with the 4.09 modded version mentioned above. I posted in this forum and someone gave me a solution. Problem is, I can research back in this forum to find the original post but only three replies were saved and the one with the ANSWER has been deleted. There must have been 20 replies to the post and then one member who had experienced the same problem posted several times as we discussed the issue.

Other issue is that when I zoomed into 3d view I get a black screen with a white square in the center. I can see objects but can not see the map.

Anyhow, as I posted earlier, I have installed UP 2.01. All is well with this install.

Thanks for your replies and I am still interested in the subject.
