To install these,put GermanCarriers folder in your MODS.Then,read the text files to see what needs to be added to ships,chief,stationary.ini and technics_ru.properties files....they should be located in MODS\STD\com\maddox\il2\objects and technics file should be in MODS\STD\i18n.

Are they franken boats? place holder models?
Because they don't look like Aquila and Graf Zeppelin and you don't say anything regarding this in your post.

yes it should be painted according to the Graf Zeppelin Bismarck and Peter strsser paint is made according to a German navy transport ship from the years 1943

These threads about German carriers and carrier planes got me curious and I did some reading. Has anyone considered doing the French Joffre class carrier? It was captured unfinished by the Germans after the fall of France. It could be done up in German colors or French, depending on who finished it in the mission builder's alternate history.
