Lost My Splashscreens - krzywy_rychu - 21.01.2011

Hi, all. I have a question. Does somebody know the author of this nice splashscreen?

I have lost my folder with my pictures and there was also many splashscreens included this beautiful one. I was searching everywhere but nothing was find. I will be very grateful if someone will show me an author of this screen, or link to this kind of pictures. I remember that there was many more pics of this kind, i mean with this black zones up an down of the pic. Really i`ll be very appreciative. Thanks for help.
