Try those changes.
You should get some better looking scenery.
If you notice any kind of flickering from smoke, change effects to 0.

what does specular 2 and draw land by tryangles do?

Re: Could it get any better? - {HVY-E}Jinxx - 02.02.2011

Drawland by triangles is going to have the game engine draw land with a more complex detail. It's going to lower your fps a bit, but the view is going to be excellent.

Specular is going to change the specular lighting just a bit so there isn't as much 'shine' on surfaces when hit with direct lighting. It's going to help your FPS. (Done to compensate a bit for the previous change.)

Re: Could it get any better? - Fsix - 02.02.2011

what about dither?

Re: Could it get any better? - Storebror - 03.02.2011

Fsix Wrote:what about dither?
Dither is used for smoothing color transitions in 16 Bit color mode.

@Fsix: Which map did you use for your screenshot? I'd like to compare this to the quality my new ATI 4670 AGP provides to me
