New ships models build/installation tutorials search - Molke2005 - 12.03.2011

I search step by step instructions (or the similar) for the following thing:
- I would completely like to insert new ships in IL2 and also already have the raw model.
- Which format must have it, how is the dimensions difference, etc...
- How I insert the ship in IL2, what for settings I must do, etc...
- How it functions with his arming, etc...
The available instructions seem to concern primarily the planes, but I have read up to now nothing of ships!

Are there then no tutorials for the construction and installation of new ships to IL2?

Greetings

That is because building a Ship for IL-2 is basically twice the work.
The model must be split up and other meshes and stuff added just like a plane but then you also have to create a very large text document for all the different parts of the ship, however there are a few experts around who would be glad to help.

I'm making some SHIP MODs.
I can't edit 3D models, then I edit ship's skin repaint or armament replace in historical.
My works are able to see in SAS ship board.

Best to learn SHIP MOD is that read/understand others' MODs inclusion -- Hier.him, ships.ini, etc...ini and ru.
In SAS, ashehouse is a professor of SHIP MOD I feel. His works show us many things.

I come to AAS few time.
If you want me more advise, call me at SAS, please.
Good luck.
