iTunes Media Buttons Fix - RadPig94 - 29.05.2011

This particular plugin is for those who have trouble using the media buttons for iTunes, which only work when iTunes is Maximized, I know how annoying it is to have to minimize your game (or other program) to change songs or repeat one.
