IS this why FMB can not load a map? - FoolishBoy - 04.06.2011

My FMB quit working at...I don't know. It just stopped working sometime after I installed a few mods. I can create a mission, but then when I try to play it, there is no info on the mission, and the map is missing. Then it says there is no MAP file for it to load, and when I return to the builder it shows a blank space like I had not loaded a map at all. I used it once when I only had 5 or so mods, and it worked, but I have not touched the MAPMODS file since. I think I might have traced the issue, but I do not know much about the game's file structure. I looked around, and I found that in MAPMODS (I am using the SAS modact) the _tex folder is empty. Next to this folder is a text file listing the map names, called ALL. Is this what is causing the issue? I can not find another map folder. If it is, how do I fix it? Do I just need to delete everything and re-do it all?
