How do I convert jpgs to skins? - Dietz - 22.06.2011

Maybe there's a thread...my question: some of the new CloD Skins download as jpegs with no title .If I simply put them in skin folder they don't show up as usable.I think they have to be a certain size & titled correctly , but not sure about specifics.With more showing up I'd like to do this right.
