[VIDEO]IL-2 Cliffs of Dover First Look: Bf 109 (1080p) - katdog5 - 06.08.2011
A quick 4 minute, 6AM flight over a French coastal town with some nice Nazi swing music to wake you up.... Watch in 720 or 1080p for best results.

The potential is there for a great game

Very Impressive!
Feel that old IL-2 is getting close to its end...
I have plans to upgrade my sistem at the end of this year so I'm curious about the PC specifications to play this game so smothly. I wonder if is the same in dogfights with a dozen planes involved...
Congratulations for the video!

Bascially, you need a processor with more than 4 threads, an i7 or a phenom x6
gfx cards, SLI (deffinately) maybe 2x GTX 560 Ti (or 580's if you got an unlimited source of cash)
Windows 7 (or you cant wait and get windows 8)
I recommend a Corsair Obsidian 600D case
Psu needs to be greatr than 800w to allow for future upgrades
Mobo needs to have both CrossfireX and SLI capabilities
SSD drive for OS and Mechanical Hard Drive for storeing all your files
Blu-Ray and standard optical drives, there are rumors that game developer may move ont Blu-Ray (but dont hold me to that)
3d screen, you can get a 3d screen for about $200 but it doesnt include Nvidia's goggle kit
Hope this helps
Heres my dream build
990X i7 Gulftown o/c 5ghz (this can be done)
Asus RAMPAGE V mobo
24GB RAM
4x GTX 580
500GB SSD
2 x 2TB Hard disk
1500HX corsair PSU
