Crash to Desktop at 70% - Patchman123 - 24.09.2011

I am having a problem with UP 3.0. I just added a folder called #UP# to add Ranwer's Wellington MK. III bomber. When I add the folder and try to start the game, it crashes at 70% to desktop. I have it set to Ultrapack 3 in the choices menu. I do not know what to do or how to add the SAS fix. Is there a fix for this? I added the Vickers Wellington bomber for the game, but it crashed at 70%

What do I do to fix it?
