can you answer my second question: How to set water=3 on laptop. I have to set something in the setup? In conf. it's turn to water=1 himself. Is there water = 4?

As always first use the search button!

or water=3 then "Right click on conf.ini select properties, in file attribute mark( select) it as read only!" it may solve your problem!
