How to install SAS buttons & Plutonium effects on UP - supercrapnstuff - 06.12.2011

Yeah i have no idea how to as i'm awful at modding,
like for example, on the SAS website it says for plutonium i just put the folder in my MODS folder but that does nothing...as for the SAS buttons...no idea
i could really use some help here
