Help With My Confi.INI - EV401 - 02.01.2012

Happy Year... Guys

As Christmas present I have received a graphic card 260 and a processor i7, but I do not achieve that the game is seen well, many saws in the images, blinkings, difficulty of visualizing the contacts......

Please they might indicate me a good configuration to extract the best yield of my new machine.
