- F-4B-15-MC - VF-111 US Navy Serial: 200/NL (BuNo.151000),Pilot - Cdr. Dan Pedersen. CVA-43 USS Coral Sea, 1974.

- F-4J-40-MC - VF-114, US Navy Serial: 201/NH (BuNo.157245), Aircraft flown by Pele Pettigrew and Mike McCabe on their MiG killing mission of 6 May 1972

- F-4J-32-MC - VMFA-333, US Navy Serial: 201/AJ (BuNo.153911), CVA-66 USS America, May 1973.

- F-4B-19-MC - VMFA-531, USMC Serial: 207/AA (BuNo.151477) CV-59 USS Forrestal, 1972. During the Mediterranean cruise here some F-4B Phantoms included this one cross-decked with Royal Navy HMS Ark Royal.
