[Video] 1946 Hurricane Vid - Maven - 09.05.2012

I finally finished my video with the Hurri. It's not a real movie, just some online deflection shooting stuff from Skies of Valor. Warning - it has IL2 1946 source material! Smile

P.S. I apologize in advance to people outside the US that may not be able to view the movie. I wanted to use another song that wouldn't be blocked, but for this one, I really had no choice. Wink

Hi and greetings from Germany Maven,

thank you for this very nice video!
It's amazing what a great different a good pilot makes in a maybe not so versatile aircraft. 8)
And it's amazing too - in Germany you can't see this video because of a song from a German group...
And yes, you had no choice! :Smile)
If you use Firefox you may have a look at this addon Idea

P.S. By the way - greetings to U.S. Marshal Raylan Givens

Thank you for the kind words Jambo. I had been told about a plugin that people could use to view my first video, but I had never used it before.

When I was finishing this video, I few profound thoughts came to mind:

1) It was hard to imagine that I was still enjoying this game after purchasing it 11 years ago in 2001.
2) How much the graphics and framerate had improved over the years.
3) It was still the only game on my computer (and had never been displaced).
4) Still flying with buddies and having fun with the game, modding and making videos.

Basically bang-for-buck ratio = infinity :Smile)

Long live IL2 !

S!
