Oculus Rift - Head Mounted Display - Fireskull - 12.08.2013
Hi,
Is anybody using this headset? It seems that this might change the way flight sims are developed in the future. You have to swivel your head like a real pilot when using this.

Hi Clinton,
I read a few things about it:
http://www.oculusvr.com/
It seems to be the next generation of a Track-IR, with a few more posibilities... 8)
I'm not sure about the solution of these monitors insight and I'm not sure about handling your keyboard and stick, though?
But I'm sure they'll find a solution for that as well.
Would be really great to test it a week or two....

Yeah, well you bring up a good point, because IL-2 1946 and modded versions are limited in the number of devices allowed. I am not even sure that IL-2 would support Oculus Rift. Does anybody know if it does? If not, then making a mod for that would be amazing.
