Torpedo drops...how to? - Dietz - 22.09.2013

There is probably a how to somewhere but I can't find it.I'm having little luck launching torpedos from any of the Allied planes capable of carrying them ( Swordfish, Devastator, Avenger etc..) Each seems to have its once perameters for successful launches that must include speed , heighth etc..Can someonr please point the way to the right thread or where the readme is for Allied & Axis torpedo attacks? thanks! :wink:

This was changed in 4.10.1 or 4.11.1 patch.
In the read me that came with them it gives all the info you are looking for.

LT F5W (Italian Whitehead)
100m, 300Km/h

LT F5B
40m, 250Km/h

Mk13, Mk13a
30m, 205 km/h

Mk13 late
180m, 400 km/h
(this torpedo had a much wider range of drop than the early one)

Type91
30m, 240 Km/h

Type91 late
60m, 330 km/h
(this torpedo had a much wider range of drop than the early one)

45-17
30m, 205 km/h

Still searching the woods for a complete readme explanation...if its in the main game folder I'm missing it.Is it online somewhere?
