Yes I read it too, they have spoken about this in the news this morning.

I confirm this, and they also said that it will be harder to see such little wood planes with radars.

That has to be an april fool, surely? Like that report today that NASA has received a transmission from an alien source (2.3 million light years away, so don't expect a reply any time soon)
