HSFX Auto Updater - Printable Version

HSFX Auto Updater - -)-MAILMAN- - 29.08.2014

It seems that the hsfx client auto updater no longer connects to the server that stores the 7.0.1 & 7.0.2 patches for HSFX 7.0.

I performed a clean install and patched it up through 4.12.2M of the stock IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 game. I tested it and it works. I then installed HSFX 7.0. with the files I had stored on my hard drive. I ran the JSGME Mod Enabler to enable the History Mod. I tested it and the game runs fine. Now to update HSFX further to patches 7.0.1 and 7.0.2 I have to use the hsfx client auto updater. The problem is I am constantly getting a pop up window:
HSFX Client Udater
Failed to download updates.
Check your Internet Connection, or try again later.

I have used this updater before through previous versions. I have downloaded and installed the latest version of this application and I keep getting this message. Is the server that stores these two patches offline? I have posted this and other problems over at the 242 Squadron site, but no response.

Is there a way to just download the files to my hard drive to store them there and so I can install the two patches manually?
